So this problem only happened after changing to an AMD GPU, then back to Nvidia due to problems running it on my PC. I've ran DDU and reinstalled the driver multiple times but the result is the same.
As shown in the first picture, consistent stuttering can be seen when running the game at 165fps which is the monitor's refresh rate.
However, the only way to prevent this is to limit the fps to 120fps or lower, which as seen in the second picture, delivers smoother gameplay. This isn't ideal though and I don't know why the game stutters at 165fps or higher.
I currently have Sol 2.2 and CSP 0.1.80 installed. No settings were changed prior to changing GPUs. Any suggestions to eliminate this problem would be greatly appreciated
