General Content Manager, lights not working with hot keys.

Hello, I have Content Manager and when I go into the normal AC Showroom the hotkeys for lights and brakes (7,8 numb pad) don't work. In the CM Showroom and in the game all the lights work properly. Not a huge issue but one of things that just bug me. I've tried other cars and I don't have a problem.
any ideas?
