Apps Content Manager Showroom License Plate Mods?

Has anyone added additional license plates to Content Manager Showroom with the option of free text? I'm kinda interested on adding the license plates used in Spain, but I don't know if there is a mod that already does this so I can base my work on it.

The templates it uses are in C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\Data\License Plates, there are a couple images (rgb and normalmap) of the plate and then a style.lua controlling where the words are placed and what font they use. For Europe you can probably modify EU plates? Unless you mean older ones.
