Cars correct file for dash editing

Morning all, still trying to figure out how to edit the dash on the V8 supercars. i can edit what i need in photoshop but when applying the sponsor or image its setting the whole image as a tile affect when saved to the car. Any idea on how to just place one image on a small section of the dash? Holden_zb and extract the KN5 file.

No way to do that with only textures, you'll need to edit the model to have UV maps suitable for painting on, or add your own layer on top in the spots you want it.

Thanks for the reply, just had a go at exporting the file KN5 model from Assetto Corsa and then using the FBX model in 3DS max to change dash etc, many errors and I'm thinking its way above what I can normally do.
