"Crackling" noise while recording

I'm using AMD ReLive to record my gameplays (down below there's a sample video).
The problem is that there's a persistent crackling and popping noises at certain frequency and I have no clue what's the issue. It happens in game and even on desktop, but it appears just into the video I've recorded.

Here's my audio settings:

I tried every frequency/bitrate combination, but the problem is persistent.

Wonder if that is hardware rather than software, have a look inside your PC case. Anything touching that shouldn't be? Could it be a faulty cable of some kind? Really doubt that it is software.

Maybe because the CPU is barely overclocked?

Ok folks, I've solved
Basically in the ReLive settings I ticked the box "create a separate audio track for the microphone" and it worked. Even if I don't have one tho

Maybe faulty mic port ?

I have no way to check that
But it can be, as it's full of that noise.
