Create a track based on a real city

Hello everyone,

I'm not new to the sim world but something big came to my mind.

I would like to create my city, based in Belgium, on assetto corsa.

There are a lot of spots I would like to enjoy without risking my license )

And I would like to simply create something on this game.

But I don't really know where to begin.

And I don't want to start doing the basics for ages by following some tutorials on Youtube.

I want to start big.

Do you know what software I can use? Is there some pre-made assets to make my life easier? And the cherry on the top, I would like to give the look of my city on the game. But idk if there is a tool for it. Otherwise I'l just create everything by hand. I also saw things about photogrammetry. Overall, what's the best way to achieve it?
