CSR wheel locking up. (F1 2012)

Hello,

When i have to move the wheel ingame with Force Feedback ON, i notice it gets kinda stuck in a certain angle.

I need to apply more force then normal to get it moving again..
So no fluent steering for me atm..
I hope the wheel is not broken, but im using some settings wrong..

Anyone with the same experience?
Or someone who has the right settings for this wheel in F1 2012?
