What is cutters?
A simple app by Minolin that tries to detect cuts in a progressive manner and displays the current top 3 cutters. Only you need the app to see all the other players.

Why?
May people dislike the 5s penalty for various reasons. Some MP-server shut it off, but then you have serious and sometimes stealthy cutters. This apps detects...

I also thought that world position app was in the AC Dev Apps, but I can't find it. Some google searches also come up with nothing. Can anyone point me to an app or a way to know my world position on track?

Is there a guide that allows me to create the redlines? The supported tracklist is a bit small...

Take car, goto start of redline, read position. Go to second end of redline, read position. Define these two positions as redline in nameoftrack.csv in format
