F1 2021 Dashboard simhub

Hi all !
Small question: on simhub (which I don't have yet) if you want to import a dashboard, does it have to be compatible with the game? For example when F1 2022 is released will I be able to use an F1 2021 dashboard? (created on race department)

For sure, in telemetry options (in menu) always F1 20xx have choice to switch to current telemetry package or older telemetry package (from last year)
