Dedicated Server - no show?

Hi all, trying to set up a dedicated server. Been through various guides and youtube videos and I'm not sure what I'm missing?

My server seems to run fine, I can get onto it through content manager etc but none of my friends can see it?

I'm with Virgin, Port-Forwarding settings below and AC Server settings below

Any help much appreciated! Thanks!

It has been a good few years (4+) since I set up an AC server, so I'm no expert. In fact, I'm looking in this section for a refresher on how to set one up - getting old & my memory... Anyways, I think your TCP setting should be 9600, not 9601.
