F1 2013 Did any of you lost your savedata what do you do to don't lose it

For me sometimes I just closed the game and opened it up and corrupted had to do the ydt but I didn't then I quited out to the menu closed the game and again corrupted

for some reason for me the steam cloud on solved my problem, and for me off did what I said above.
