DQ's in career mode

Looking for a wee bit of advice please. Been running through career mode in between online races. There's been a few times I've been DQ'd for what I think was for pit lane speeding. The tracks were Silverstone and Zolder. I always wait until after the 50mph sign with the line through it (pit exit) but I get the warning flash up about exceeding the limit. The pit dialogue box stays on screen and doesn't go away. Pretty sure I've been hitting the limiter in time on pit lane entry too.

What am I doing wrong??

there's some warning?

once time, at hungary I was disqualified for some pit irregularity that I don't know, because don't saw the warning, the message panel that are covered my 7" screen mounted im my wheel base, I drove all 60min race and when crossed S/F line, jumped into pits and saw the DQ in timetable.

What happened? Really don't know..

I suppose, when was navigating in pit menu MDF, accidentally change back to my driver 1, not the second driver and I guess the driver change required was missed.

Figure I must be doing something daft. No I don't use the HUD, might try that to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Cheers
