tomj submitted a new resource:

Dream Pack Templates - unofficial templates (and other textures) for the Dream Pack DLC cars and RUF Yellowbird

Since Kunos haven't released any official templates I thought I should give everyone some basic ones.
Hopefully they are useful enough to use before we get the official ones.

i cannot get these files to open?.tryed extracting with chrome and firefox. dosnt work with paint.net

these templates have been saved in 16bit format thats why they wont open, you need to open them in something like photoshop CS6 or photoshop CC, then change the mode to 8 bit then save them that way, then they will work.


i did this and can open them in photoshop 7.0 and Gimp 2.8 and they have layers that can be worked on as normal, also to get a better result with your livery it would be best to re-save back to 16bit format to get a better quality dds file for AC
