DRIVER UPDATES HERE

Nvidia firmware update tool for DisplayPort 1.3 and 1.4.
Addresses black screens on Pascal (GTX 10xx) to Maxwell (900 series and 750).
FWIW, does not work for me ...
(RTX 1080Ti blower, Windows 10 Home 22H2, 16GB, i7-8700K untweaked)
Code:
NVIDIA_DisplayPort_Firmware_Updater_1.1-x64.exe
launches, reports about 40% before disappearing, until disabling firewall, then:

It did, however, thoroughly trash Display settings;
had to unplug all but one to get windows visible on one screen,
then replug the other two.

Have a look at those chipset installation logs under... ("C:\AMD\Chipset_Software\Logs\AMD_Chipset_Software_Install_Summary.txt")
The last three I ran reported successful installation overall.
A closer look at the individual component report (prior to restart), showed that the 'power management' feature had failed to install.
In all three cases, a simple re-run of the installer...(after that initial reboot) fixed the issue and power management installed successfully.

Did not have the problem with my 2 X570.
Years back a few chipsets did the same thing if you remember, think I was running B450 then.
AMD are slack they can't even being bothered updating their runtime packages.
I also still have to install this this old AMD Pci bus driver then roll it back but that is Gigabytes fault.

P.S. Install the runtimes all in one pack on fresh OS before any drivers or software.
That will stop AMD , Steam and others from using old versions.

My issue was also on a B450.
The board is an MSI Gaming Pro Carbon AC.
Most people would never know that not all components fully installed because the overall report shows successful.
It is only on reading the summary.
