F1 2015 Drop fps

Hi, sorry for my bad english...
Sometimes i have drop fps in game, for two three second.
My hardware is good: i7 6700k - gtx 970.
Sometimes the game go crash and the controller continues to vibrate even at application closed.
This is a problem of the game?

An i7 6700k is a CPU ready for overclock. Are you overclocking your CPU? Maybe you have your CPU on an unstable clock speed causing the game keeps crashing.

Also try to control the temperatures of your CPU and GPU to see at what temperatures are working when the frames drops or the crashes occur.

And for the last, try to use an old version of the Nvidia drivers, avoid the latest.
