After 3 years of work, Enduracers and the Gentlemen Racers are happily releasing the 1st package of the Endurance Series mod for rFactor. It will give you the chance to simulate the best endurance racing experience ever seen in a video game. Cars from ALMS, LMS and the Le Mans 24hrs are scheduled for this mod. Audi vs Peugeot, Aston Martin vs Corvette, Porsche vs Ferrari...

For this important mod EnduRacers has chosen to work in packs. After the initial release including the mod base and first pack of cars, Enduracers will release frequent "Service Packs", adding new car models, sounds, physics and skins. That is why the mod can be classified as "evolutive" and will live and grow continuously after the initial v1.0 release.

Don't forget to read through the readme carefully, you will find a lot of important information in order to use the mod in the best possible way. Don't forget that the mod is very big, and that this is endurance. Don't judge it by doing 2 laps with 1 car, take your time to learn it and really appreciate it.

Ok guys can someone do em a favour here

I have had to reinstall Version 1 to get rid of old 1.1 data that was causing mismatches.

I rar the file out and get this... This is from rapidshare V1.1 patch download

Three folders, a gamedata, rfm and UI data, usual form.

IN rfm its just a legal notice. Now how are you guys transferring across?

I just open the Rfactor folder in C: then go to RFM and drag the new file over?

Same with ui and gamedata?

And with the gamedata folders I do the same. But in this case I can obviously drag the data INTO the Corvette or Porsche 996 folder can't I with obviousl relevance to each model. Or do I ahve to drag each individual file so perhaps the Prodrive Aston into its C: version then the Racealliance, then the Modena etc etc?

For example; I click on P1 in the download, drag the Epsilon file from the download into the exact same location on C:? When I release the mouse I get a move and replace series of actions and then the files are dragged into the C: Epsilon folder. Is there a reason why doing it this way would give me a mismatch?

Guys, I am having horrendous mismatch problems with this.

I tried the new patch and got mismatches in EVERY server I went in. deleted the files then tried again with a fresh V1.0 install

I still get mismatches.

Is it time for complete game reinstall as I cant think of anything else, of course I dont know now if servers are running 1.0 or 1.1!

There is a new patch for endurance.

Go to the enduracers forum and you can find the link there.

You do not need v1.1 to run the new patch and they have admitted what I knew all along, that the 1.1 patch contained errors and forced mismatches.

Guys, dont give up on this mod, a new pack of cars is coming soon and this will be the last update before that, its only 3 mb.

Endurance Series SP1 – Acura ARX-01 Previews

After unveiling the Porsche RS Spyder Evo two months ago, Team Enduracers has now shown first previews of the second new LMP2 car to make it into the Service Pack 1 for their popular Endurance Series mod for rFactor – The Acura ARX-01.

Entered by Andretti Green Racing, Lowe’s Fernadez Racing, Highcroft Racing and de Ferran Motorsports, the ARX-01 made its competition debut in the 2007 ALMS season. Powered by a V8-engine, the first version of the car was based on a Courage LC75 chassis that later turned into a unique design by Acura in the hands of Wirth Research. The mod will feature both the early ARX-01a version as well as the later ARX-01b model.

The first service pack will be introducing several new models to Endurance Series, including the Peugeot 908 and Audi R10 diesel sports cars, the Acura ARX-01, the Saleen S7R and the Ferrari F430.
