Hey all, someone buy this book, its at an insane price (under $10 shipped if in the States) and it is one of my all-time favorites. The author, Peter Manso, spent the 1970 season with Jackie Stewart and it reads like Jackie's diary. This was a total crap year for Jackie in many ways, and its highlighted here. There are no rose-colored glasses or hindsight white-washing, it's pure and raw.
I would totally buy this version, but I've already bought two copies of this book, I was afraid something would happen to my first copy. If this one sells, it looks like there are a fair amount of copies for sale at higher prices. Probably worth it at those prices too.
