F1 1999 spins like crazy

Ive downloaded F1 1999 season mod, from here

its OK except one thing
Why everytime i turn left or right he spins like TC been turned off

Even ive turned on every assits dont help so much, no matter what ive slightly turn left or right and uncontrobly spins.

Yea i know its Racing sim, but come on i playing racing sim not a doughnut spining sim.
Default Reiza vehicles dont spins while assits are turned on BTW.

Any got idea how fix that spining problem?

It is kind of funny, that you dl a mod from another side, and then come here and ask for help-

We can't help with bad mods. As @Andrew mentioned, you will have much better luck with the mods on RD.

Sounds like mod converter didn't bother with adding TC to the cars. IIRC WCP (rF1 mod converters) didn't do that either.
So go to .hdv file and search for those lines:

TractionControlGrip=(1.01, 0.18)
TractionControlLevel=(0.47, 0.83)

Numbers will be different, so try to add mine
