No dear Tom. I don't have the game. I just need the 2010 tracks to put them in f1 2011, that's why. If you have them please give them to me.

Nope, that'd possibly be copyright infringement since you do not have written approval from CodeMasters to use their files for any other means than the ones intended in the ToU. Details.
