On GP4TCC you can do custom liveries, plus there is a DTM Mod for F1 Challenge if you want to use that.
Problem is how can you see liveries if the game crashes?

PS: On GP4 it can't be a team manager! Must be a driver as I don't want to copy Aidan and I don't think we'll find a lot of people
