Fanatec DD2 broken after 2 months

Hi everyone,

I bought a Fanatec DD2 Podium about two months ago, and I have the following issue.
When I connect my cable connecting my PC and sim rig, it fits but it does not submit a signal.
So I replaced the cable to see if that's the issue, but it isn't.

When I plug in the cable and push it left or right with my thumb, it temporarily connects.
As soon as I let go, it disconnects. The cable slot moves around slightly, just like other plugs but it can't catch a signal.
Since I cannot access the plug from the inside, I don't see how I can fix it myself.
This problem usually comes up with old hardware, but not with an expensive and almost new product.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
