Changes

- Lowered RPM limit to 7500 (as the description says not to go beyond that)
- Adjusted AI shifting values
- Lowered coast ref RPM
- Lowered max fuel tank capacity to 90 liters like the real car

adjust the LEDs to match the rev limiter.
