Its still the Toro Rosso wheel, just changed the handle colors.

The volkswagen is for force india. This is for Torro Rosso replacement so of course you can .

hi great looking mod but when I overwrite the files i get the skin and the name on the standings board but the pit crew and the team logo (where you select team) are still Torro Rosso. (to install this mod it is just a case of dropping these folders into the the game right! or just the files?)
