F1 2014 Fix the Flicker?

Or is this a problem you have with the whole series, so think it will be in F1 2014?

It was about the 2013 game's flickering rain bug: they never fixed it in any patch. Why would a professional game-making commercial enterprise not fix such an obvious bug if they ever knew where the problem was in their code? Do they even seriously test their own products? If so, they sure must have seen it? Thousands of their customers saw it, and were bugged by it, and if it's still there, maybe it's because they can't find why it's there, or where it is in their code?

I was just reminding them (I know they read posts here sometimes) they must manage to fix it in their next product (F1 2014 forum).
