Flag Stripes - Change flags to a modern solution.

Inspired by the way ACC displays flags I decided to evolve and move it to AC! With this mod flags are displayed as a stripe above the mirror so you can focus more on what matters the most in racing instead of looking into a corner. Penalties are displayed below the mirror so the penalty message doesn't float above it.

Mod was made for 1080p, can't tell how it will look on other resolution screens!

You can install it as a mod with CM or JSGME or overwrite original files.

@Wolf24h if you ever get this, I'd like to report a "bug". My flag icon is not centered, and I think it has to do with the fact I have a 21:9 screen. I guess the positioning of the icon is set to a 1920/2 pixels value, without getting the actual window size...? I know this mod is almost a year old, but I wanted to report it anyway, is such a good idea!
