No this isn't an April fools joke. For those who remember this legendary game intro song from the video above? This is going to be special, a very special race! This week we are going to race.... FORMULA ONE... ! As a tribute to one of the best race game developers who ever walked the earth we are going full Grand Prix 1 Game and Geoff Crammond style with the Formula Classic Gen 3 Model 2 car on the Jerez circuit in Spain.

Rookies or season veterans, get nostalgic and fire up your Automobilista 2 as the Grand Prix series are back, kind of!

My H-shifter is trembling in anticipation already. Scratch that, I was thinking about the Gen 2 cars. The 1989 bit threw me off, I always classified the Gen 3 ones as 1991 :D
So it's gonna be the V10 car, correct?

Also, is the time slot going to stay the way it is now that most of Central Europe switched to DST?

I'm in either way!
