The question is : how much a title worth compares to a victory ^^ Here it is a little higher than 20%. Maybe it is too high.
Driver Title : 0.93
Cons Title : 0.97
Victory : 0.21

I think it should also be important what people did with teams that they started with, for example Arrows/Shadow and ATS/Surtees.

I never focused on that. My goal always was the drivers title, was pretty suprised at what happened last season.
