Formula Vee control settings

So how should one set up the controls for the Formula Vee? Im thinking of what the following should be;
Steering lock
Steering degrees
Shiftpattern

On my side 350deg/14deg is fine

AFAIR Formula Vee is based (engine, transmission, suspension etc.) on old VW Beetle, so the gearbox is stock or just slightly modified = H-pattern.
