Fraps/Gamecam issue

As above, Movies done record and hotkeys dont work in game all apps have admin rights, I cant understand why it isnt recording.

Gamecam does for a few seconds then stops, fraps doesnt at all.

Im running windows 7 64 bit.

i am running win 7 64bit too and fraps works what version you are using
