I can not understand - what is the problem and how to solve it?

When I connect the steering wheel (without starting the games), Everything is as usual - it makes a turn back and forth to the center and after:
Steering wheel immediately tight! From scratch!! At an angle of ≈ +/- 90 °, there is a small type of step-feeling during pass this angle. But the effort from zero to the stop is equally decent !!
Spring centering in "Logitech Profiles" - Global Device Setting - is disabled!
This is all before the launch of games!
When you start "Logitech Profiles" - the feeling of focusing goes to the angle that stands in the settings of "Logitech Profiles" - Global Device Setting - Degrees Of Rotation
IMHO - this is normal ... right?
When I start the game, the effort from zero to that set in "Logitech Profiles" - Global Device Setting - Degrees Of Rotation - go out.
What is also IMHO normal .. goes to the FFB parameters that are installed in the game.

But after........... !!!!!!!!
Part of the race goes, and then suddenly there is this effort, which disappeared at the start of the game! And the steering wheel is already tight in the whole range ...
And then when you restart the game - so tight and in the center and beyond .

P.S Windows 10. Logitech Profiler reinstalled, the latest version is 5.10.127.

I connected G27 via USB HUB. Connect directly to PC - all oK !!!
