PC2 G27 pedals

hey peeps, only just got back into sims again after a break, i got project cars 1 wheel and pedal setting sorted out and everything is fine, so i decided to download pcars 2 to give it a try.
My issue is that no matter what i do i cannot get the pedals to be recognised, i have the g27 connected to a usb 2 port as i know there is issues with usb3, any help would be appreciated.
I have never had issue with the pedals before and they work with all other sims so i know its not the pedals.

Just to be certain, if you go into "Edit Assignments", you cannot assign the pedals to the function (accelerator, brake, clutch)?

i got G27 and it all works fine on Project Cars 2 , check your Logitech profiler .
