G29 crackling noise even with it being unplugged

Hello, i got a weird noise coming out from my logitech g29, it made some crackling noises when i turn the wheel everytime, even when it was unplugged, here's the vid of it:

So yeah anyone here knows the problem? Is it a bad thing?
