Game Closes by itself & requires me to login to a R3E site

I don't know much about Steam.
But I open Steam, login, then select R3E to play.
The game starts up and I drive my heart out.
Recently, the game shuts down and then requires me to enter email & password to another site that looks similar to R3E.

Last night, it did it twice in a row. Game shut down. another page popped up, asking me to enter my email & password. I did. The message I get is some type of confirmation that I agree to R3E terms and that I have to login to verify it's me.

Then the login screen shut down and what appears to be the exact same window popped up and asked me to login again with the same message.

Also, why does the game go to the menu - while I'm driving? As if someone hit the pause button. Been happening alot lately.

These are issues that have been happening often lately, specially when new content releases and are a lot of people(R3E terms of a lot) racing online. I just close the game then boot up again.
