F1 2012 Game Crash

ever since the latest patch 11, during the auto save process the game crashes! Once i close the program through the task manager error code 41 is diplayed. can some one please help.

also, which the location of the file which has the saved data of ones progress that needs to be backed up along with the file name will be appreciated. Imagine these crashes destroying all the career progress!!

in spain and cant proceed from Q3! can some one please help. The game keeps crashing once i am done qualifying. It does not save the progress and i am having to do Q3 all over again.

Did you try using "Verify Game Files" in Steam?
