GAMEPAD - no oposite lock assist - something like overide input in old engine F1 games

Hi, I kinda tweaked build in oposite lock assist wich is baked in vehicle performance files. Basicaly it make it cornering less restricted for gamepad users but makes it harder as you can now turn "to much". You have to take care for your cornering speed and dont turn to much. I also recomend to set linearity of steering around 50% as it will become more twitchy on straits. Extract rar to your F1 folder, make backup, probably not for online use!

PS: this assist is off when game recognize...

raised minimal front grip multipier to compensate for understeer.
