Get rid of cut detected message?

Is it possible to change the behavior of the cut detected message? When hot lapping or in qualifying it is quite annoying that the message lays over top the messages for engine modes or turbo setting etc. Would it be possible to change this message in such a way that you still get the message and the lap-time gets invalidated but that the messages for engine management etc are still visible?
