UNITED STATES PHOENIX RACE RESULT

For the first race of the 1991 season, Ben Utzer put is car on first row with the Serbian Sasha Jednak on Tyrrell. The 1988 champion Aidan Keranen start third. Everything goes fine on first laps on the race until Wolf and Mauri, both Williams driver ram on each other.Mauri get retired some time after. Laad on the mid race tried to overtake Lesley Buurlage the rookie of the season on Minardi and Laad finish on the wall, Buurlage up side down. Sig was fast on Jordan on the race but Keranen tried to pass him on lap 65 for the first place and pushed him on the wall. Few lap after McLaren engine blowed up to let Jednak took his first win on the season.
