Look to your right, there is a bank budget you can also carry over for future seasons. (similar to what I did in the beggining of the GP4 sim, saved a lot of money in 1993 so I never had to do so 4 years since)

So when you told me a few rounds back I could only take 2000 through, you never told me this, I was just told to spend what I could

So I lost the rear into the last corner, and hit the wall losing a wheel. You.. well.. hit the wheel. And spun off. Into the pitwall

Just to note, after Spa there is none, the money you earn in Spa + bank money + money you saved before Spa + the money you earn for your championship position is what you start S3 with. (capped to 2000$ of course, rest goes in bank, familiar system to the main F1 series)
