The only Problem i had is in wich folder belongs it?

I'm not sure what you mean. It's just copy & paste. Copy de contents (asset_groups folder and f1_2018_vehicle_package folder) of the mod and paste it in your f1 2018 directory. The files with the same name will be replaced so haas will look as in the mod. I don't know if this was your question, tell me if you have any problem.
