Also, though, it should be mentioned at this point that GTL is not all about ultra grippy cars, where you can dial in some more aero, or put on softer tyres for easy setups.

There simply is not as much grip in GTL as the other games - but that is probably the main reason we like it.

Optimising the tyres by pressure and camber/toe/caster will give you the best grip available, but the best thing to aim for is predictability. Knowing how the car will behave will allow you to best know what to change, so then tailoring that behaviour to best suit you is the trick.
