GSC2013 stop work

I have gsc 2013 installed on my computer for some time without any problem, but it stopped working, I installed again and now I can no longer see the cars on the main menu,where you choose the category, just a black screen between the arrows. I can go to the profile, options, but if I go to: single race, test day, the game crashes and I need to ctrl, alt del, to go out and one error appears (... crashdump \ GSC.5144.dpm] is created.
I don't know what's going on, can someone help me, thanks

Try the GSC sync this will replace broken files no need for a reinstall

thanks for your reply, I tried but did not work, also tried to re-download, turn off my anti-virus during installation, nothing works
