GSMF PCC soundupdate ?

Hi there,

does anyone recognize this fantastic sound. The mod is the well known GSMF PCC in a 2009 Version (I guess German PCC in this case). The RD-PCC Version (GB2009) seems to have the PCC07 standard-sounds, which are also very well done, but I would prefer to test the sound from the video. I can`t find the Mod or the sound anywhere. Hope someone can give me a hint...
