They changed the collision values for light bumping, like paint trading, so it would be fine.

As @Jimlaad43 already replied, you have to be a premium member to race. Members who currently are not premium and are signed have a license, but that system is currently closed for new signups until further notice.

And no we keep damage at 100% Just to ensure safe driving especially in the first couple of laps, the race is not a sprint race and shouldn't be treated that way. Safe and clean driving is key and with 100% damage we only support this motion
