Still not sure. Have just done a complete wipe of my computer and I am (unsurprisingly) struggling to get things going again properly.
Good news though, there may be a turnaround in the Casper status !!! Trying not to be too optimistic and end up jinxing things but Windows 10 and a fresh install of everything bar AC seems to be running ok for now !!
