I brought GTR-Evolution at Gamestop In Hagerstown,Md. for $9.99 plus tax.And yes it is the full Version .I now have 41 different car mods in the game,plus alot of tracks.GTR-Evol is one of my favorite racing games right up there with Nascar 2003.
