GTR2 Career Stats Utility - Displays laptimes for all cars at all tracks

More of "not my work but hope you find it useful".

"This utility shows all the laps, and times, ever done on every track by every car you have ever used. It also has an HTML format so you can move the data to webpages if needed. You can also "sort" the data as prefered.

It will also show the track load screens/maps when using that tab."
