Have I got these DLC's?

All, I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I am not that savvy about how steam works

I want to know if I have these DLC's - have I purchased them or not, as I can't remember. I think my son set all this up at the time, and I think that the ones below look like they should be installed, but can't find the cars in the list. I vaguely seem to remember that they were part of a bundle, but I can't be sure

yes looks like you have those, else list would be shorter/empty

uncheck and recheck those, if not there, steam should load it then
