HD & PS3

Would a HD tv solve the lack of quality in long distance frames on certain games on a ps3, take pga for example bunker outlines are flickery and seem to have no solid outlines, I am currently using my 22" tv on it, would a tft/tv monitor work and will it connect to a ps3 or do I need a hd tv?

I run mine on a 37" lcd. Ive never noticed any flicker on PGA. Not that I remember, been a couple of months since i last played.

Do you have a freind with a hd setup who could try it?

no, only really see it on pga, final fantasy and ac2 work fine.
