Headlights are visibly dim

I've been experiencing this bug for a really long time but ever since I've gotten CM/CSP it's gotten worse. All the lights on the car (including wheel LEDs on RSS Formula Hybrid 2021 and RBX2010) are extremely dim, almost invisible, on every single car. I've tried fiddling with light FX. nothing. I've tried verifying the files like three times. I also noticed that for some reason the lights in the virtual mirror are perfectly bright.
I desperately need help. Thanks

dude are you dumb or something? My guy just told you HIS HEADLIGHTS AREN'T BRIGHT ENOUGH AND YOU SHOWED HIM SOMETHING TO MAKE HIS HEADLIGHTS EVEN DIMMER?

Ever thought about the possibility if something makes something dimmer it can also make something brighter? No? Well, it can.

Honestly, humanity will fade into oblivion. I'm quite sure now.
