Help identify a driving game from a screenshot?

Hey guys, wasn't sure where to post this but hope this is okay. My son asked me if I'd help him identify a game that appeared on a US TV show the other night. It was only shown briefly and the character was holding a PS4 controller in his hand if that's any help. We were hoping somebody might recognise the game via it's HUD and be able to tell us what it is. I sharpened up the image and the text on the screen in the top centre is "Race Track: City Rapids" with "Head To Head Race" written below it. I know my racing games but this one has me stumped! Thanks for looking and hopefully someone out there knows what it is!
